No mom should have to worry about providing the essentials for her and baby! These care packages are diaper bags filled with mom&baby crucial items, resources, and educational materials about Postpartum Mood Disorders and preventative care. 

Free Online Peer Support Groups provide a safe environment for moms to freely express and share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, firsthand information, and resources; the opportunity to build new relationships and strengthen social support networks.
