Marin Diaper Bank Operations Assistant
FULL-TIME • 40 HOURS/WEEK • $30/HOUR
Welcome families and help them access diapers, car seats, strollers, and essentials through responsive scheduling, communication, distributions, and administrative support.
English and Spanish preferred. Primarily in person in San Rafael. Pay depends on experience and qualifications.
Family Intake Case Manager
PART-TIME • $35-$40/HOUR
Work alongside our current case manager to help families connect with services through intake, referrals, resource navigation, and follow-up. Spanish preferred but not required. In person in San Rafael, with some travel throughout Marin County.
Grant-funded position requiring a two-year commitment. Weekly hours to be confirmed. Opportunity to transition to full-time.
Bilingual Parent Support Cohort Coordinator
FULL-TIME • 40 HOURS/WEEK • $70,000/YEAR
Coordinate and facilitate bilingual Parent Support Cohorts for expectant and new parents, providing welcoming, engaging, and culturally responsive group support throughout pregnancy and the early years of parenthood. Support participant outreach, enrollment, scheduling, cohort facilitation, follow-up, documentation, and coordination with PPSC programs and community partners.
English and Spanish required.
Primarily in person in San Rafael, with some community-based, evening, and weekend programming.
Community Health Worker & Program Coordinator
FULL-TIME • 40 HOURS/WEEK • $70,000/YEAR
Support families, coordinate services with case managers, and facilitate parent groups and classes in English and Spanish.
CHW certification and bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Based in San Rafael and at community locations throughout Marin County. Salaried, non-exempt. Pay depends on experience and qualifications.
Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator
PART-TIME • $40/HOUR
Help share PPSC’s impact through fundraising, donor communications, social media, campaigns, and events, including Walk for Moms and Marin Diaper Bank fundraising.
Based in San Rafael and at community events.
Nonprofit experience. Hourly, non-exempt. Weekly hours to be confirmed. Opportunity to transition to full-time.
