SERVICE OVERVIEW
BUILDING SKILLS FOR POSTPARTUM WELLNESS
The ROSE Program, or Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for new mothers, is an evidence-based online course designed to teach skills, information, and resources that can help lower the risk of postpartum depression. ROSE is ideal for pregnant women in the second half of pregnancy. The program includes sessions covering introduction and psychoeducation, role transitions, managing relationships, assertiveness and goal setting, and a review session after delivery. Sessions provide practical information and strategies that support women as they prepare for the transition into motherhood. By learning about relationships, role changes, communication, and goal setting, participants can build skills and confidence before and after their baby arrives. The program provides structured support throughout pregnancy and the postpartum transition while helping mothers prepare for this significant life change.
