Peer Support Groups provide a safe and judgment-free environment for expectant and new mothers to freely express and share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, and firsthand information. We will learn about PMADs, encourage each other, vent our frustrations, fist-bump our successes, and enjoy the company of each other. This is a free drop-in online peer support group. Email us to get a Zoom link to join.
