YOU'VE GOT THIS CARE PACKAGES

Many new moms from low-income families are struggling to provide essentials for them and their babies. They also lack of vetted resources and education about Postpartum Depression and Anxiety and prevention. Help change this by sponsoring a care package! Write personal messages and decorate congratulations cards to new moms to tell them that they are NOT alone! 

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYONE

Our programs are affordable and manageable for everyone and provide a great way for all ages to feel involved in their community. Moms need their villages, and Postpartum Support Center provides a great way for you to be part of that village! There is no group too small to complete one of our programs! Whether it’s just you and your friend or your company of 1,000 staff members, any of our programs could be a perfect fit. By doing our programs you will also learn about ways to help and support parents entering parenthood in order to help prevent Postpartum Depression and Anxiety.

Staff team building activities are a great way to feel connected to your community and bond with your team! Teams will engage in fun, challenging team building activities leading to the assembly of care packages. This is an extraordinary way to build team spirit & infuse your group with positive energy and goodwill. ​​

If your church and/or synagogue community is looking for a new, easy and fun way to give back to the moms and families in need in your community our program is a great option! All ages of your church and synagogue community can participate in our You've Got This Care Packages program.
