FEEDING / BREASTFEEDING BASICS CLASS
Feeding and Breastfeeding Basics Class provides expecting and new parents with practical education about infant feeding and breastfeeding. Participants can learn about feeding cues, positioning, common challenges, and ways to build confidence while caring for their newborn.
The class offers a supportive environment where parents can ask questions, discuss concerns, and explore feeding approaches. Education and guidance help families feel prepared to recognize their baby’s needs and make informed feeding decisions during the early postpartum period.

1:1 LACTATION CONSULTATION
1:1 Lactation Consultation provides personalized breastfeeding support based on each parent and baby’s individual feeding experience. A private consultation offers an opportunity to discuss feeding concerns, challenges, positioning, latch, milk supply, and other breastfeeding-related questions.
Individualized guidance allows parents to receive focused support in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. The consultation can help families better understand their baby’s feeding needs, build confidence, and explore practical strategies that support a positive breastfeeding experience.
