Our Car Seat Safety Program provides new, safety-certified car seats to eligible families and offers hands-on installation education with certified technicians.

Free car seat distribution helps eligible Marin County families access an appropriate, safety-certified car seat when they cannot otherwise afford one. Families can receive practical support focused on child passenger safety and proper car seat use.

Car seat inspections provide families with an opportunity to have their existing car seat checked by a certified Car Seat Safety Technician. Technicians review fit, installation, expiration, and safe use to identify potential safety concerns.
