SERVICE OVERVIEW
WHAT THIS PROGRAM OFFERS
No one is born knowing how to parent. Our Parenting & Family Programs give families real skills, real confidence, and a real community. From our Growing Up Together cohorts to potty training workshops to teen parent support, every program is free, evidence-informed, and built around the realities of raising young children.

GROWING UP TOGETHER PARENT SUPPORT COHORTS
Growing Up Together Parent Support Cohorts provide parents with a welcoming environment to connect, share experiences, and build practical skills for navigating different stages of family life and parenting.
Cohorts encourage meaningful relationships, open conversations, and mutual support while helping parents explore challenges, strengthen confidence, and connect with helpful community resources and family support opportunities.
Peer groups meet weekly for 12 weeks to connect families with children of similar ages, providing support, education, and community. You’ll meet the same families every week, build real relationships, and grow together through the first years of parenting-from feeding and sleep to tantrums and transitions.
This is a new program. We can't claim that the families in a cohort become each other's village for years to come.
POTTY TRAINING
Potty Training support helps parents understand the developmental process and prepare their child for this important transition. Families can explore practical approaches, recognize readiness, and learn ways to make the experience more comfortable.
Parents can receive guidance around routines, communication, encouragement, and common challenges. Support focuses on helping families approach potty training with patience, consistency, and confidence while responding to their child’s individual needs.
Practical workshops and individual guidance help parents navigate potty training with confidence and patience. We cover readiness signs, methods, setbacks, nighttime training, and how to keep the process low-stress for both you and your child.
Every child gets there at their own pace. There is no “behind.”

PARENTING EDUCATION/WORKSHOPS
Parenting Education and Workshops provide families with practical information and strategies for navigating everyday parenting experiences. Sessions can cover topics that help parents better understand their children, strengthen communication, and respond to common family challenges.
Workshops create opportunities to learn alongside other parents, ask questions, share experiences, and explore useful resources. Education and community connection can help parents build confidence while developing practical approaches that support healthy family relationships.
Free classes covering newborn care, child development, positive discipline, sleep, nutrition, and parental well-being. Our rotating calendar covers every stage from newborn to toddler, with practical strategies you can use the same day — not theory, but real tools for real families.
Parenting is learned. Every expert was once a beginner.
