PREPARING FOR A HEALTHY POSTPARTUM

Gain the knowledge and tools to support your physical healing, emotional wellness, and overall well-being throughout the postpartum journey. Designed for expectant parents, this class helps prepare you for life after birth with practical guidance and a personalized postpartum plan template to take home. You'll learn what to expect during physical recovery, including healing, rest, nutrition, pelvic floor health, common postpartum discomforts, and when to seek medical care. The class also covers the emotional transition to parenthood, including the difference between baby blues and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Participants learn simple strategies for protecting mental health and building a strong support system. You’ll leave feeling more prepared and confident for the weeks and months after your baby's arrival and the transition into parenthood.
