R.O.S.E. FOR FATHERS
A proven program teaching fathers and partners skills, information, and resources to lower postpartum depression risk for themselves and support their partner during parenthood.
SERVICE OVERVIEW
SUPPORTING FATHERS AND PARTNERS TOO
Postpartum depression does not only happen to moms. At least 1 in 10 dads and partners develop postpartum depression, and a major factor contributing to partner suffering is when the mother experiences a perinatal mood disorder. The R.O.S.E. program helps fathers and partners understand risk factors and warning signs of postpartum depression. It also provides proven tools designed to help prevent postpartum depression from happening in the first place. By preparing partners with knowledge and practical strategies, the program supports the well-being of mom, dad, partner, and child. Participants gain information that can help them recognize concerns, understand the postpartum experience, and provide meaningful support. The program creates an opportunity for partners to feel more prepared, informed, and confident during this important transition into family life.
Learn ways fathers and partners can support maternal mental health while navigating parenthood together.
